Sean McGuirk sobbed uncontrollably as he was arraigned on vehicular manslaughter charges at the Middlesex County Courthouse in New Brunswick. McGuirk was involved in an auto accident that killed Perth Amboy police officer Thomas Raji.

When word spread that another Bergen County teen had died during football practice I scrambled to Cliffside Park in time for the end of practice. Douglas Morales collapsed on the field last week but died Tuesday night at Holy Name Hospital.
